Comment: Salesman Tom was great at explaining the results of mold test in layman's terms. He also explained the mold elimination process very thoroughly. The team that came to do the work were very professional. Still waiting since last week for results of the post mold testing that was supposed to be part of the process I was told about. Make sure you ask about that.
