- Comment: It turned out that the air quality was good, but the mold behind the tub was Stachybotrys, A.K.A. "Black Mold" which needed to be removed. This is where things got problematic for me. I knew going into the test that I would feel uncomfortable having the same company perform remediation that did the test for obvious reasons. I only chose Healthy Way because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and the promotional offer. Long story short, my insurance adjuster along with several other mold remediators thought that Healthy Way's plan for remediation was excessive, so I ended up going with another company. I really liked the people and Healthy Way and would probably use them in the future for remediation, if need be. I would prefer to have the mold test done by an independent company.
