- Comment: Estimate prepared was professionally done and steps to be taken to rectify problem were explained in a courteous manner. Estimate prepared in detail listing steps to be performed, cost and approximate date when work would begin. Work was completed before anticipated date. Areas in yard that were dug up were replaced and barely noticeable. After work was finished a walk through was done to ensure that I had a complete understanding.
