- Comment: Everything went well. Basically there were three steps. 1. Evaluation, test and estimate 2. Mold remediation, which consisted of removing walls and pieces of the ceiling, removing the mold and then replacing the walls and ceiling. 3. Retest The provider under estimated and over delivered. There was some work done that was not in the estimate and I was not charged for the extra work. While no one ever wants to go thru a mold issue the people at Healthy Way made the process and the work that needed to get done bearable. They were professional, pleasant and helpful. While I hope that I never need their services again if I do have a mold problem in the future they will be the first call I make.
