- Comment: I had an extensive mold problem in my attic. I called Healthy Way and set up a free consultation. The process was explained in detail and I understood how the job would proceed. I had an estimate with another company and it was comparable to Healthy Way. I decided to hire Healthy Way because I preferred their customer service. The job was scheduled for the Monday before Thanksgiving and I was told it would be done before the holiday. Two technicians were sent to do the work and it was completed in two days, before the holiday, as promised. In addition to the positive customer service, I was pleased with the clean up in the house and the fast completion of the work. As an Angie's List member, I had a great coupon to use towards the work. And, they offered "same as cash" financing which worked very well for me. There were a couple of minor negatives. I thought the numbers of calls made by the office while I was deciding if I wanted to hire them was on the excessive side. And, I had a lot of phone tag issues when trying to ask questions prior to the job beginning. All in all, I had a really good experience. I really hope to never need mold treatment again but if I do, I would hire Healthy Way.
