- Comment: The waterproofing team showed up promptly on the first day (and even shoveled part of our driveway!). There were about 6 or 8 workers, and they took good care of our belongings. All of them were polite and worked a full day. They returned the next day promptly and completed the job. Everything was cleaned up completely. The mold remediation team had to delay work by one day due to a snow storm, but arrived the following day, completing the job in two half-days. The basement smelled fresh and clean almost immediately. We got a follow-up phone call after the job was completed (one or two days later). There were absolutely NO surprises. All contract deliverables were met.
