Super Company! I contacted them to provide an estimate to perform duct and vent cleaning. The representative came first to inspect the job site. He noticed mold in the ducts, attic wood and insulation and took samples that were sent to a testing company. The result proved a major problem. The representative presented a plan and an estimate. Although the cost seemed high, I witnessed the enormous work performed over a four day period that convinced me of it's reasonableness. The moldy insulation was removed and bagged; the attic was vacuumed out and washed with peroxide, chemically sprayed with mold resistant paint; and then reinsulated. The ducts were chemically treated and registers treated and washed. The work was professionally performed by a knowledgeable, efficient team. The only shortfall was the fact that the company did not remove all the mold, that which was in the air handler. They did not have an HVAC license to breakdown the unit to clean and reassemble. Hence, I was left to find my own solution to complete the job. All the people contacted were extremely helpful and courteous to work with.
