We had a persistent problem with mold and water leaking in the basement. Mr. Lanfrank, the owner, personally inspected our basement and provided to us very professional advice. Our basement had divided section with blocks which needed to be knocked down, had broken sewage main pipe; the repair of which needed to be coordinated with a plumber, many wires and pipes running all over and some meters, pipes, iron objects, sticking out of the walls that needed to be taken care of individually. The work team not only removed completely the mold, but also exercised extra care in waterproofing the basement with sparkling white fiberglass board which was cut and attached meticulously/carefully to the walls to create a bright look in the basement. I wonder how they cut it so precisely and finished the wall that has so many meters and pipes sticking out here and there. The old gaps around the basement (old French gutter with full of dirt with unpleasant look) is gone, too. The team was very professional, courteous, and enormously efficient. I was so happy that I wanted to tip them, but they even refused to take it, I guess, out of their sense of professionalism. I hope I did not offend them. They finished the work in four days and when they leave, they completely cleaned the house both inside and outside. The money I spent was not cheap, but it is a good investment and reasonable when considering the quality of the work. I am extremely happy that I hired them. A tip that I can give to anybody considering to hire them. Have a detailed discussion about the work procedures, communicate to Mr. Lanfrank what your concerns are, ask any question that you might have. He will give you a very professional answer and the solution. He will make sure every detail is communicated to the work team.
