Yesterday Healthy home came to my house to assess the situation allowing water to leak into my basement. There representative looked at the soaked carpet inside and examined the external and internal walls. He spoke to me about the options for fixing the problem and recommended what he thought best. I was very pleased with his thorough explanations and his reassuring manner. My contractor was also at the house and talked to the healthy home rep as well, assuring him that the walls would be left in good shape so that he could easily come in and make the repairs needed after the waterproofing work was done. We had other waterproofing companies out who were not helpful or very pushy. The healthy home team were the only ones that spent the time to review every phase of the project.
Once the work began the crew was respectful and hard working
