Healthy Way will begin with abatement and site preparation, including removal and disposal of affected drywall, paneling, and insulation. Waterproofing improvements in the crawlspace include reinforced floor membrane, sump pump systems with battery backup, and a whole-home dehumidifier to manage moisture. Mold remediation will use a 5-step process on foundation walls, sub-flooring, wall framing, attic areas, and living spaces, and a 4-step sanitization on crawlspace walls. Additional services include HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial fogging, air duct and AC coil cleaning, and extended air scrubbing. Remodeling will include spray foam insulation, replacement of select insulation and drywall, and repairs to restore affected areas.
