HealthyWay proposed a partial water management and foundation repair project to address moisture concerns and protect the property. The project includes the installation of a water management system in the crawlspace, supported by PitBoss sump pumps and PitBoss battery backup pumps with Wi-Fi monitoring systems, to effectively capture and remove water. Additional water management services include the installation of a Flexi-Seal reinforced flexible membrane with antimicrobial additive and necessary PVC piping for water control.
Foundation repair services will include the installation of the Lightfoot Stabilizer System with concrete footing to provide long-term structural support and prevent foundation movement.
All work will be completed according to industry standards and protocols to restore a safe, dry, and healthy environment.
