The project includes the installation of a water management system in the basement and crawlspace, supported by 3 sump pumps and two battery backup pumps with Wifi monitoring systems, to effectively capture and remove water.

Mold remediation will be performed using a 5-Step mold remediation process, including full sanitization, HEPA vacuuming, and disinfectant fogging of basement and crawlspace wood and concrete surfaces.
Abatement services will involve removal of affected materials as needed to access and safely remediate impacted areas, with debris properly contained and disposed of.
Following remediation, remodeling services will include the installation of spray foam insulation and R-30 kraft-faced batt insulation to restore ceilings and subflooring, completing the project to industry standards and protocols.
