Solutions provided:

HealthyWay will provide waterproofing, and mold remediation services to protect the property and address existing moisture and mold concerns.
The project includes the installation of a full water mangment system and e xterior waterproofing system on the front and left walls to prevent future water intrusion. Active wall leaks will be excavated, sealed, and waterproofed as part of the process.

A 5 step mold remediation plan will be performed , including full containment , HEPA vacuuming, and treatment with an antimicrobial disinfectant to remove mold and improve indoor air quality.

The system will include an AprilAire E70 Wi-Fi dehumidifier and Richtech PitBoss Cast Iron Submersible Pumps. Abatement services will include selective removal of stairs, paneling, and drywall as necessary to access and remediate affected areas. All debris will be properly contained and disposed of.
