Solutions provided:

HealthyWay proposed a 5 step mold remediation plan to address mold growth on affected wood and concrete surfaces.
Services include full containment with HEPA air scrubbers, HEPA vacuuming of affected surfaces, and application of an antimicrobial disinfectant to reduce airborne spores and contaminants. Selective removal of materials and insulation will be performed as needed to properly access and remediate impacted areas, with all debris properly contained and disposed of.
Remodeling services will include the installation of new insulation in affected areas following completion of remediation.
All work will be completed in accordance with industry standards and Healthy Way protocols to improve indoor air quality and restore a healthy environment.
