The project includes the installation of a partial water management system along the front, rear, and right foundation walls. This system will be installed to effectively capture and redirect water to dedicated sump pump systems.
Exterior waterproofing services will include the installation of an exterior 3-layer waterproofing system, where active wall leaks are present.
The system will be supported by the installation of sump pumps, along with a battery backup pump with Wi-fi monitoring.
