Solutions provided:

HealthyWay proposed a partial water management system along the front and left basement walls which includes a sump pump. Exterior discharge piping will be installed to safely direct water away from the foundation.
Mold remediation will be performed on affected concrete foundation walls using a 5-step mold remediation process. HEPA vacuuming and fogging with disinfectant will be applied to treated areas.
Abatement work includes removal of affected drywall, studs, baseboard molding, fiberglass insulation, and carpet as needed.
Remodeling work includes replacement of drywall, studs, and baseboard molding where necessary to restore the affected areas.
