Solutions provided:

HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted a mold inspection and testing, with samples sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Upon receiving the results, HealthyWay proposed the following scope of work.

HealthyWay shall install a a full water management system in the basement which includes newly installed sump pump systems, including primary pumps and battery backup pumps with WIFI monitoring. An AprilAire dehumidifier will be installed to assist with long-term moisture control.

HealthyWay shall perform mold remediation on affected wood surfaces in the kitchen using its 5-Step Mold Remediation Process. Treated areas will be fogged with a disinfectant, and clearance air testing will be performed upon completion to confirm acceptable air quality.

Abatement work includes removal of affected drywall, studs, and fiberglass insulation as required to properly access and remediate impacted areas.
