Solutions provided:

HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted mold testing, collecting samples that were sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Upon receiving the results, HealthyWay proposed the following remediation.

HealthyWay shall perform mold remediation on the substructure and studs, using its 5-Step Mold Remediation Process. HEPA vacuuming will be performed on all treated areas.
Abatement work includes removal of affected drywall, baseboard molding, and door frames where necessary.
Remodeling work includes replacement of drywall and new baseboard molding, including door frames if needed, to restore walls and encapsulate the remediated substructure.
