HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted mold testing, collecting samples that were sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Upon receiving the results, HealthyWay proposed the following remediation.

HealthyWay shall perform mold remediation in the crawlspace, including treatment of foundation walls, sub-flooring, and floor joists using its 5-Step Mold Remediation Process.
The crawlspace floor will be treated with Flexi-Seal reinforced flexible membrane with antimicrobial additive, including grading where specified, to help manage moisture and prevent future mold growth.
Additional mold remediation includes a 4-Step Mold Sanitization Process, with full HEPA vacuuming.
Abatement work includes removal of paneling/drywall and plywood where needed, with proper disposal.
