This customer reached out to HealthyWay for a mold inspection and testing of their entire home.

Solutions provided:

HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted a comprehensive mold inspection, collecting multiple samples that were sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Based on the results, HealthyWay proposes the following work.

In the crawlspace, a full water management system will be installed, including primary and battery backup sump pumps with WIFI monitoring.  A multi-step mold remediation process shall be performed on all affected surfaces. Once remediation is complete, high-density, closed-cell spray foam insulation will be installed to protect the crawlspace.

In the attic, mold remediation will include treatment of sheathing and rafters, HEPA vacuuming, fogging with disinfectant, and a multi-step sanitization process.
To improve indoor air quality throughout the home, two Vollara air purifiers will be installed.
Any removed fixtures or materials will be properly reinstalled or replaced, including drywall and insulation where applicable, to restore a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
