Solutions provided:

HealthyWay shall perform mold remediation in the attic, including treatment of sheathing and rafters. The attic floor and ceiling surfaces shall be HEPA-vacuumed and fogged with a disinfectant, and a multi-step mold sanitization process shall be applied to all affected surfaces.
Abatement services include debris removal via on-site dumpster and a complete gut of the attic as needed. Remodeling work includes installation of high-density, closed-cell spray foam insulation and replacement of drywall in affected areas.
