Solutions provided:

HealthyWay received a mold inspection report from the customer, conducted by a third-party, which indicated elevated Aspergillus and Penicillium counts. Based on these results, HealthyWay proposed the following remediation.
HealthyWay shall perform its 5-Step Mold Remediation Process on all affected wood surfaces in the basement, including shelving and closet areas.  All treated surfaces and floors shall be HEPA-vacuumed, and the entire basement shall be fogged with a disinfectant to neutralize airborne contaminants.
Due to elevated moisture levels, a long-term dehumidifier is recommended.
