This customer reached out to HealthyWay for a basement mold inspection.

Solutions provided:

HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted a mold inspection and testing. After the third party lab results were received and reviewed, HealthyWay proposed the following scope of work.
HealthyWay shall install a sfull water management system in the basement, including sump pump and  battery backup pump with WIFI monitoring. Mold remediation and sanitization shall be performed in designated areas, including the basement, guest bedroom, and master bedroom. Treated areas shall be HEPA-vacuumed and fogged with a disinfectant.
Work includes debris removal, temporary removal and reinstallation of select fixtures as required, a complete basement gut, and limited spot repairs in bedroom areas. Remodeling of sheetrock will also be performed.
