This customer contacted HealthyWay for mold remediation and basement waterproofing solutions.

Solutions provided:

HealthyWay proposed removing drywall and insulation from affected areas and performing a 5-Step Mold Remediation plan, including wall studs, located in the family room.
All treated areas will be thoroughly HEPA-vacuumed to remove remaining mold spores and particulate matter. The entire home will be fogged with Vital Oxide disinfectant.  As a final step, surface polishing will be performed by disturbing horizontal surfaces using low-powered air movement while HEPA air scrubbers capture particulates. All mechanical components within the contracted areas, including HVAC equipment, water heater, and ductwork, will be carefully wiped down to help restore a clean and healthy indoor environment.

HealthyWay also proposed an exterior drainage solution for the water issue in the basement.
