Healthy Way visited the property and conducted a full, entire-home mold inspection. Multiple samples were collected from various areas of the home and sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis to determine the presence and type of mold.

Once the mold test results were received, Healthy Way proposed a mold remediation plan in multiple rooms. The work includes a 4-Step Mold Sanitization process to treat impacted surfaces and reduce microbial growth.
Mold-impacted drywall and fiberglass insulation will be removed as necessary to allow for proper remediation. Air duct cleaning will be performed ias well. Upon completion of remediation, insulation will be replaced, and drywall will be restored to a paint-ready finish in all affected areas.
