Solutions provided:

HealthyWay will remove affected wood framing as needed and perform full basement mold remediation, including HEPA air scrubbing, HEPA vacuuming, and disinfectant fogging. Mold remediation will be completed using the Healthy Way 5-Step Process on affected concrete surfaces.
Structural repairs will include foundation crack and leak repair. A full-perimeter water management system will be installed, including primary and battery backup sump pumps with WiFi monitoring,  An AprilAire E70 Wi-Fi dehumidifier will be installed to improve basement moisture control and air quality.
