Solutions provided:

Healthy Way will perform mold remediation using the Healthy Way 5-Step Mold Remediation Process on affected wood surfaces, including sub-structure and wall studs, within the HVAC closet. Mold-impacted sheetrock and baseboard moldings will be removed as necessary to properly remediate and encapsulate the affected areas.
The scope includes HEPA air scrubbing and final HEPA vacuuming upon completion. After remediation, walls and baseboard moldings will be restored with new drywall and new baseboard molding installed.
