Solutions provided:

Healthy Way will perform full mold remediation throughout the basement. The entire basement will be gutted, including all interior walls and ceiling. A complete water management system will be installed, including a newly poured footing ledge designed to protect the foundation. The system will include two primary sump pumps and one battery backup pump equipped with a WiFi monitoring system.
Upon completion, the entire basement floor will be HEPA-vacuumed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
