The project includes the installation of sump pumps and a battery backup pump system with monitoring and WiFi capability.  Additional services include installing new interior discharge piping to connect the pumps, and providing an exterior underground discharge line with freeze protection that will tie into the existing roof drain leading to the dry well. This comprehensive system is designed to relieve hydrostatic pressure, improve drainage, and ensure reliable long-term water management for the property.
