Healthy Way will perform mold remediation in the attic, treating sheathing, rafters, sub-flooring, and floor joists using our 5-Step Mold Remediation Process. Full HEPA containment and air scrubbing will be employed, and affected areas will be fogged with Vital Oxide. Contaminated fiberglass insulation will be removed and replaced with R38 kraft-faced batt insulation. Additional sanitization will be performed under the kitchen sink, and the area will be painted following remediation.
