Solutions provided:

Healthy Way conducted mold testing on site and upon receipt of mold report from a third party lab,  Healthy Way proposed a comprehensive 5 step mold remediation process throughout the attic, addressing affected sheathing, rafters, wall and roof surfaces near the chimney, and additional concrete areas.  All serviced areas will be HEPA-vacuumed and fogged with Vital Oxide disinfectant. As part of the abatement process, existing fiberglass insulation will be removed and properly disposed of. Following remediation, new insulation will be installed to restore the attic to optimal condition.
