The scope also includes applying Flexi-Seal Reinforced Flexible Membrane with Antimicrobial in one area of the basement, removing the existing concrete floor, excavating to achieve an 8 foot ceiling height, and pouring a brand new concrete slab for a clean, dry, and upgraded basement space.
