After conducting multiple mold tests in the home, Healthy Way proposed a comprehensive remediation plan. This includes a four step mold remediation process throughout the attic, which includes fogging with Vital Oxide disinfectant, removing existing fiberglass insulation, and installing gable vents and soffit baffles for proper ventilation. In the crawlspace, Healthy Way will install a full water management system with a sump pump and battery backup pump with Wi-Fi monitoring, perform a five step mold remediation process, HEPA vacuum and fog the area with Vital Oxide.
