Healthy Way proposed fogging the entire basement with Vital Oxide disinfectant and HEPA vacuuming the basement floor. The scope of work also includes installing an Aprilaire E50 dehumidifier with condensate pump, removing and replacing all ceiling tiles, and removing all styrofoam insulation from the utility room walls. In addition, Healthy Way will repair a vertical crack on the rear wall, using a carbon fiber strip for long lasting structural reinforcement.
