This includes a high-quality submersible sump pump with a manufacturer’s warranty, as well as a battery backup pump and Wi-fi monitoring system for added protection. Exterior discharge piping will be installed to direct water safely away from the home.
To further protect the space, the front foundation wall will be coated with DryLok Extreme mold-resistant waterproofing paint to help prevent future moisture and mold issues.
