Healthy Way will install a complete basement water management system, including a sealed wall and floor pressure relief system with primary sump pumps and a battery backup pump equipped with WiFi monitoring for added protection. All necessary interior and exterior discharge piping will be included to direct water away from the home.
We will also perform full mold remediation throughout the basement using Healthy Way’s 5-Step Process on all affected wood and concrete surfaces.
Abatement will include a full gut of affected materials with proper disposal, followed by remodeling to restore the entire basement.
