Solutions provided:

Healthy Way will perform comprehensive crawlspace remediation, including installation of an AprilAire E50 dehumidifier with condensate pump for long-term moisture control. The crawlspace will be encapsulated with Flexi-Seal reinforced membrane and insulated with 2” closed-cell spray foam, creating a conditioned space.
Mold remediation will include full containment with HEPA air scrubbers and a 4-step sanitization process on all wood surfaces. Existing fiberglass insulation will be removed and properly disposed of.
This work will create a cleaner, drier, and healthier crawlspace environment.
