Solutions provided:

Healthy Way proposed a full waterproofing and mold remediation plan to provide a cleaner, dryer, and healthier home environment. The plan includes the installation of a sump pump as well as an Aprilaire E70 dehumidifier to control, moisture and maintain optimal indoor air quality. To protect the foundation, we will apply Flexi-Seal, an antimicrobial membrane, and install a complete drainage system to safely redirect water away from the home.  Healthy Way also proposed a five step mold remediation plan throughout the basement and crawlspace surfaces.
