The project includes installation of a sealed wall and pressure relief system on all foundation walls, paired with sump pump and battery backup pump with Wi-Fi monitoring system for reliable water removal and backup protection. To ensure constant performance, the system will feature a smart outlet for real time sump pump and humidity monitoring, along with an April air E 50 dehumidifier for superior air, quality and moisture control.  Healthy Way will also perform a five step mold remediation process on the foundation, sub, flooring, and floor joists, using professional grade anti-microbial treatments and installing a flexi-seal membrane throughout the crawlspace to create a mold resistant barrier.
