Healthy Way proposed a five step mold remediation process on all subflooring, floor joists and wood surfaces throughout the crawlspace. The scope of work includes abatement of insulation and all other materials affected by mold, followed by remodeling and installation of new insulation. Additionally, Healthy Way recommended the installation of an Aprilaire E50 dehumidifier to maintain proper humidity levels.We also proposed fogging the entire area with Vital Oxide disinfectant to ensure thorough sanitization and mold prevention.
