Healthy Way conducted mold testing and confirmed the presence of mold on the cinderblock walls. To address the issue Healthyway proposed a partial water management system that includes the installation of a sump pump and a battery backup pump with Wi-Fi monitoring system. Additionally, we recommended a four step mold, sanitization process as well as painting all foundation walls with Drylok Extreme mold, resistant waterproofing paint to ensure long-term protection and improved air quality.
