Healthy Way proposed a full water management system, which includes the installation of a sump pump and battery backup pump with Wi-Fi monitoring system as well as an Aprilaire E50 dehumidifier to maintain proper humidity control. In addition, Healthy Way will perform a comprehensive mold, sanitization process, including fogging with Vital Oxide disinfectant and HEPA vacuuming all of the floors and horizontal surfaces. The proposal also includes a complete gut of all affected areas followed by professional remodeling services to fully restore the space.
