This customer reached olut to HealthyWay for a mold inspection and testing in their laundry room.

Solutions provided:

HealthyWay first visited the property and conducted mold testing, collecting samples that were sent to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Upon receiving the results, HealthyWay proposed the following remediation.

HealthyWay shall perform mold remediation in the laundry room ceiling, crawlspace sub-flooring, and floor joists using its 5-Step Mold Remediation Process. Treated areas will be HEPA-vacuumed and fogged with disinfectant, and a multi-step sanitization process will be applied to crawlspace surfaces. Crawlspace walls will be painted with DryLok Extreme mold-resistant waterproofing paint.

Abatement work includes removal of paneling/drywall and fiberglass insulation.
Remodeling work includes installation of new insulation in the laundry room, attic, and crawlspace, and replacement of drywall in affected areas.
