Protecting your family and home is at the heart of everything we do, and the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and communities will always be our first priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact on the communities we serve, we have taken additional actions to ensure that we will continue to provide our essential services to protect your family and home safely and without interruption.

New Protocols

Inspection Options

REMOTE INSPECTION – At the homeowner’s request in most cases we can perform a remote online conference inspection for which the homeowner provides photo and video assets of the damage along with the necessary measurements.

ON-SITE INSPECTION – Prior to arriving at your home, we will call to confirm your appointment as normal and ask if anyone in your residence is ill with viral symptoms or quarantined/isolated due to travel or other potential exposure to Coronavirus. If so, we will either reschedule your inspection or offer you a date and time for a remote inspection.

Safe Practices – All services can be performed with limited human contact and will always utilize applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) such as: gloves, respirator, goggles, shoe covers, disposable cloths and waste bags with ties.

Our team members remain vigilant with existing health precautions such as regular hand washing and disinfecting service tools and equipment after every home visit. In addition, our team members know that we are committed to taking care of their needs, and they have been advised to stay home if they feel ill or may have come into contact with someone who has been exposed.

We know the safety of your family and comfort of your home is more important now than ever before. We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other local and federal health officials. We remain committed to responding to the needs of our customers and employees as this situation evolves.
